We were having a fun outing at Lagoon! When I walked off the ride Spider, Dan had been waiting with the 2 younger boys for the rest of us to get done and decide where we were headed next. Well, as I turned the corner I see a pretty limp Graham in Dan's arms. To explain further, Dan had Lasik surgery literally a few days before and couldn't carry more than 20lbs. I rushed forward to see Graham holding his breath before a big scream. Luckily I came at that moment so Dan wouldn't have had to lift him. Graham had been running to Dan and tripped right before the bench falling face first into he seat edge. It split right open! I picked him up, took off my jacket and held it to his head. On our way out of the park I asked a worker if they had a first aid station. They slapped on some butterflies and we were on our way to an instacare. Well after trying 2, we found one that would take him in less than an hour. Luckily we almost walked right back. They literally looked at it and said to leave it. I was NOT happy. Those bandaids did not stay that great and I still think they should have at least glued it!!! It was traumatic trying to keep those on a toddler long enough for that to heal. It is just thick enough he will have a little scar there for sure for awhile if not always. Poor guy! He just had to follow Levi's example!!!
