Yellowstone Day 3

 Day 3 we headed to the upper loop. We made some breakfast and then headed to the Norris Area.

Then we headed up to the Mammoth Hot Springs area. We hit up the upper area, with Graham's 400th trip to the bathroom, we cut it a little quick and decided to stop by the lower area on the way back to the campground. 

Then we headed over to Lamar Valley to see the Bison. We stopped by the Petrified Tree for lunch first.

Then we drove through the thousands of bison in Lamar Valley. It was so much fun to see them all! The craziest traffic jams and bison right by the car were a hit with the kids. 

We stopped for ice cream after the long car ride near Mammoth Hot Springs. Then we checked out the lower section.

We stopped at the Paint Pots on the way home for a short walk that was once again interrupted by a potty break from Graham. That kid!!!

We followed the night up with a dip in the firehole river. The kids decided to go almost all in this time! Followed by a fire and some 5 crowns. They LOVE camping!!!
