Yellowstone Day 2

The next morning we packed up for the day and headed out to see the Midway Geyser Basin, Bicuit Basin, and Black Sand Basin areas. 

After all the hot pots, we headed around the bottom of the south loop to the lake. We stopped by the edge of the lake for a picnic lunch.

Then we visited the Mud Volcano and Sulphur Caldron

After a drive through Hayden Valley we hit up the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. We stopped at the Artists point, walked around a bit before my leg screamed a bit and decided to head back.

We headed back to make some dinner, s'mores, banana boats, and headed down to play in the firehole river running by the campsite for a bit. We ended the night with our nightly game of 5 crowns in the tent!
