Graham's 5th Birthday!

So many pictures!!! We did a friend party for Graham. Race cars were the theme. I tried to talk him out of a friend party because I just don't like dealing with the inviting, but he was DETERMINED to have one. Well. it was a success. Grandma, grandpa, and aunt Krista brought us a few cousins too. We played lots of race tracks, pin the number on the race car, go cart track outside, painted race cars, and Anki down stairs. We had stoplight cupcakes, or tire doughnuts. He was so cute and excited is made all the prep worth it! We did his family presents afterwards. It was a great day! Makayla had a tumbling competition after so we played hard when we could! 

 

He spent the rest of the day playing with all his fun stuff he got for his birthday. It was a fun day!

Graham is such a fun little 5 year old. He is the most independent of all of my kids. He knows what he likes and he has opinions about a lot of things too:) He is also the one who if he wants something he figures it out or how to get it. We love his determined personality! He is a smart little man and is starting to blend his words together and we have started into reading lessons with mom. He is doing online preschool and an in person 3 times a week and is doing so good! He is my right hip and wants me to play with him all day long. He misses Nate at school all day! He loves cars, transformers, dinosaurs, and any type of games. He has a great imagination and gets along well with Makayla because of that. They come up with some fun games! He loves to wrestle and is looking forward to soccer starting. He is fiesty one! He will still fall asleep on me at times, even recently at church. He still mixes up his K's and T's and G's and D's. I will be sad when some of that ends. He is always wanting to grow up too fast! He is the best snuggler and always has to sit on my lap for family prayers or on Dan's shoulders. He loves playing with his siblings. He is super shy with other kids, but seems to do good at preschool even though he says he is a little scared to talk to other kids that aren't his friends. He makes us laugh often. He picks up on so much sometimes he will surprise us with what he notices and says. We just love our little guy and wish we could stop him from growing up so fast!!!!
