I downloaded the photos the guy took to post our house. It was on for less than 2 days before we were under contract. The buyers were a tad obnoxious with a lot of requests, and the appraisal came back a tad lower than even our realtors were disappointed with. We probably won't do a VA loan next time with all the red tape. It was tedious to say the least and we got stuck fixing a deck in February. Lets just say I was so happy the day we signed it away because of how difficult the buyers could be. We kept finding them in the home without scheduling appointments and we would be heading over to do stuff. It masked the sadness I thought I would feel. This house took a lot of work and we added 3 babies while we lived here. It was a great starter home for our family and we had some amazing people in or ward that we were sad to move away from. I was so relieved when all of our stuff was in one place and that I didn't have to deal with the buyers anymore though. The harder part was picking a Sunday to be our last in our ward. Those ties were harder to severe.
