Daniel Burkholder: Masters of Business Administration! Dan got to walk in April. It was good for the kids to see why dad has been gone at school for so many nights to accomplish! He has worked tirelessly to get his homework and projects done and we are more than excited for this chapter in our lives to be coming to a close! We both knew it was time for him to go back to school, but that didn't make it easy. Having long days going from work to class he was gone from 8-10:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays (5 weeks per class, 11 classes total). That is in addition to callings and trying to keep up with the kids and their activities as much as he was able. Some weeks the kids didn't see Dan much besides weekends. The single mommy days are getting old, and his long days are getting even older. With 4 kids and adding one while he was going to school, it has been no easy thing! ALMOST THERE!!!! It has been a long road for him, and us, and it was nice to celebrate that accomplishment for a night. 2 more classes to go and he will be official DONE. So close we can taste it. I think we can, I think we can....
