St George 2016

Dan opted to attend a conference in St. George this year, so we opted to join him!!!! I was SO excited to get out of town with the family into some sunshine! 

 We left Wednesday morning and headed straight to Pioneer Park. We walked around the park and then headed over to Dixie Rock. The kids loved climbing on the huge rocks! We got to look over the city on top of Dixie Rock and it was a great start to our vacation! We headed to the hotel after and hit up the pool.

 

 After dinner we walked around the St. George temple before calling it a night! The kids were so beat they fell asleep nice and early!

 Thursday, Dad had to work until 3:30. So the rest of us hit up the Children's Museum. For being "donations recommended" this museum was great! Don't worry, we donated! We had the first half and hour there with barely anyone, but then it started to get busier. We stayed a good hour-hour and a half and headed out to the splash pad they had out front.  The kids couldn't handle the water too long in the fountain, but played for a longtime in the little river they had. Even Nate got down and loved it!

 After getting all of us down for a nap, we went swimming and waited for dad. After dad got home we headed to dinner, some shopping, and then the Fun Center. The kids were dying to drive the go-carts. Levi remembered that he could actually drive these ones! Even Makayla could drive one. It was a fun night! We ended the fun with arcade games before calling it a night.

 The next morning I took the kids to the park after packing up a bit. After we grabbed some lunch and went back to meet dad and checkout. The boys went and hit a bucket of balls and putted while I took Makayla and Nate to go get some flip-flops. She was so jealous of the boys and hers were too small!

 Long drive home! We love our secret seat to keep the babies company! We stopped to meet Grandma and Grandpa for dinner and then headed up to Zack's awards night.

 Zackary won Honorable Mention in the Regional level of Inspirations. There were 5-6 schools there this time and he did awesome! He was so cute running up on stage to get his award. We love our little Zack and are so proud of him!
