Last Half of July

We have had such a fun summer that I look back at all the fun times we have had and I am sad that they are coming to a close!

Krista got us gift certificates to the  Hale Center Theatre for Christmas and it was a fun date night for me to take Levi and Zack to the Little Mermaid. They were hesitant because it was a "girl" show, but at the end they both said it was AWESOME! It was super fun and we loved our night out!

For Pioneer Day we decided to start the day off with swimming with Bada at the Stevenson's house. As always, we had a blast!
 Zack got an overdue haircut!
Dan and I have been working on insulating our basement after kids go to bed. We have joked about it being our date nights! It has been kinda fun:)
 Makayla loves her baby brother!
I had some fun taking the kiddos to the Dinosaur Park last week. Makayla would growl, "Dinosaur!" at EVERY dino. Her roars are so funny!
 Roar face!

The boys have wanted a pet for a long time. After going Home Teaching with their dad to a family in our ward, they came home determined. They had gotten to see the families hamster and lizard. I convinced them of a hamster and they funded the hamster while mom got the rest. We named her King Bob. They are still so excited!

We went for snow cones after FHE last week

We went for a walk tonight, like most Sundays. A family tradition that continues on!
We let King Bob roll around on the tramp with the kids. They played don't let King Bob touch you. It was way too funny when the door came off. The kids ran screaming! King Bob slowly walked out on the tramp and froze! Dan just scooped him back up and they kept on playing, but it was way funny!
