We had grandma and grandpa come one morning to spend the night with the kiddos so we could go out for our anniversary. We didn't take it too far, but decided to spend the night in Logan. We hiked up to the Wind Caves first. We slipped and slid our way down the hill. Literally. At one point I fell flat on my back. Some guy was there and probably thought it was the funniest thing he had seen in awhile. I had not laughed so hard in awhile from that slide down the hill. It was fun to do a winter hike! We went out to eat and then headed to the Crystal Hot Springs. I had never gone and thought it would be fun to check them out! They were just like a bunch of giant heated hot tubs. Pretty neat when its freezing out! The next day we checked out of our hotel and headed back down to hit up lunch and a movie. All the things we like to do without kids sometimes:) Then we headed over and golfed 9 holes before heading home. It was a fun extended date night and we were happy to step away for a bit. I lucked out in the guy department and am grateful for Dan every day. He puts up with my go go go and is the calm to my storm. Happy 14th Anniversary to us!!!
