September Randoms!

Dan's first day of 18th grade. One more year! We are on the second half and it seems so far yet not. Hoping we can make it through one more year of these crazy schedules!

There was a fire out east of us and it made my house and everywhere around us smell and look smoky for a day or two. Some schools even got cancelled it was that bad!
We have a tooth!!!! A little over 6 months and it just appeared!
This kids first scrimmage got cancelled during the smoky day and he was sooooo disappointed! I made him a scookie to make up for it!
 Love this little girl!
Boys LOVE to mow the lawn and mom finally let them try. They now can do a few laps as long as they don't have to reverse too much. They ask to mow often now!

Zack got his first PK in his first game and sunk it! It is fun to see him finally get his chance to play this season!

My floating baby! We decided on this route for a baby chair. We may regret it later, but I sure do not regret the space it saves!
 Movie night!

This is Dan on Sunday nights! With his early morning meetings, I put him in charge of Graham while I got the kids to bed and this is what I came out too:) Bonding time!

This boy is rolling both ways efficiently now! He is our little roll polly:=!

 Big brother helping feed Graham!
Makayla has been doing her UPSTART program for a month or so now and is doing so well. This program is great and it has even taught Nate some letters, to count to ten, and he can sing most of the ABC's. Makayla has moved on to lower case letters and sounds, can easily count to 20, and is rhyming. It is a great way to get a head start for Kindergarten!

Someone had a birthday at preschool and spoiled the kids with a huge box of chalk!

Our kitchen table after school. Homework! I actually love this time of day when they are all together:)

You can see his tiny pearly white! He popped his second one too!
They love rain simply for the umbrellas!

Family prayers:) Millie sits better than Nate for them!

 Worms after the rain!

We tested out of projector before taking it down south on a Friday night with the neighbor kids. It was so fun!

Afterwards Dan was a trooper and fulfilled his promise to sleep out on the tramp with the boys. I was comfy and warm, and mosquito free in my bed!

Weston's Blessing/Millie's Birthday

We headed down at the beginning of the month for a sleepover at Grandma's house. Andrew was blessing Weston the next day and we decided to make a day out of it. Since it was Millie's birthday September 3rd, we couldn't leave her home on her birthday! So we pretended this was her birthday party:) Kellie brought over their slip-n-slide and the kids had a little water fun.

After dinner we set up our projector and the kids played Super Smash Brothers. It was fun since there was about 8 of them and you could play 8 players!

 Dinner shenanigans

Of course, I am that kind of pet owner and I had to take pictures of Millie on her birthday. The kids gave her some squeaky balls and we got her a ball thrower that she LOVES. She could play fetch all day! We love this sweet doggy and she has become part of our family! She gives you loves when you need them and we always look forward to her happy greetings when we get home. She is super good with kids and they just love her. Happy 2nd Birthday Millie!!!!

We had a Sunday night soccer game at the park before heading home. The kids had a blast!
Bumpa's horsy rides are the best!
