Ice Skating, Santa, and Lights!

Last Saturday we were excited to be as a family and able to go do some fun things! It was even more fun that we were able to make it happen with the Johnson's, Grandma and Grandpa, and Aunt Krista! We finally settled on some plans, and despite the little bit of rain that decided to join us we met them all at Farmington Station and went ice skating. Well, they went and Kayla and I watched:) I could only see my pregnant self sliding across the ice... I was glad Krista was willing to join them in case the boys needed help. I was surprised at how well they did! It took them a second to get the hang of it and then they were off. They LOVED it and we only got them off the ice because we headed over to see Santa!

The boys asked Santa for Legos this year. Levi wanted the Kai's Charger set and Zack asked for the Batmobile set. They were both SO SO SO starstruck and excited. They hurriedly told him what they wanted and were nothing but smiles for the camera.

I put Makayla on Mrs. Claus' lap because I thought she would do better. She seemed ok so I slipped her over to Santa to grab a photo. I was too close to get them all in one frame, so we bought a picture of all 3 of them. They were so cute, down to Makayla insisting on holding her Mickey the entire time!

After Santa, we ate at The Habit before driving over to the Layton lights. We drove through these ones while the kids hung out the windows.

It was yet another magical and fun day with my family. That is why I love this time of year!
