After this weekend, my parents are officially in their new house! We headed down Thursday to attend a funeral for our close neighbors dad growing up. He died unexpectedly at 54 to a blood clot in his lungs. We were close to this family growing up, to the point of never knocking when we went over! Kellie reminded me that I still have their phone number memorized. It broke my heart when I heard the news and we had to go down and give our "second mom" a huge hug.
We ended up spending the night at Andrew's house because Dan had a conference in Murray for work. Since we would rather not drive back and forth all weekend we plopped at their house:) On Friday we met my mom and Kellie and kids at the dinosaur museum. Zack was still a little nervous, but he did better this time!
The guys helped do a load or two Friday night and Saturday morning. The kids and I headed over to the house after a few errands on Saturday. Since I am very useful these days with carrying things, I helped monitor the kiddos in the new playroom while the adults helped move. Levi could not get enough of holding Garrett this past weekend. He is so good with babies and just plain loves them. If you cannot tell by the look on his face! He is extremely excited to hold our baby and tells me all the time he will hold her for me:)
After the moving and an outing with everyone for dinner, we celebrated Miles, Zack, and Emmery's birthdays. Zack had to have the pink "cumcake".Such a goofy mess!
Them too...
Then off to our house for some sleep:) It was a great weekend and we are excited for more in their new house!
