Another one of my favorite things is going to my kid's school performances. They did Christmas Around the World. My favorites were him having to dance with a girl to the Mexican Hat Dance, which he was super thrilled about. And also when they sang Silent Night in German because it reminded me of my grandma and grandpa Hegerhorst. He was so excited that Dad and Grandma could make it!
