New Years Eve!

 I have had a never ending cold or just bad allergies according to the doctor who would not give me anything after 10 days...that is a story for another time. But, we were feeling a little more adventurous on New Years Eve and headed over to the Treehouse Museum to ring in the New Year with the kids at noon. They loved playing beforehand. We made party hats and made our way around the exhibits before settling down for the countdown. They did 2 countdowns. One where they could pop the confetti and blow their horns. Then the second time they got given a bag of M&M's and for every strike of the bell they ate one till the clock struck 12. We then headed to the Magic Show, which I expected to be pretty whimpy, but ended up being really fun for the kids. They even made it into the Ogden's local paper due to their expressive faces!

We met Dan for lunch and headed home. The Johnson's joined us for games that evening. The kids played Kinect and Wii before hitting the sack.
