We had 3 birthday parties this weekend and made it to 2 of them! Grandma (Oma) Hegerhorst had her 90th Birthday party. We were able to stop by and give her hugs and walk through the house one more time before they sell it. Before the party we spent a few hours at the Stevensons. My kids just adore them. Every time my kids walk in their house they get the best greetings and treated like kings. They love it there and never want to leave.
Us trying to catch a picture with grandma. Levi's balloon happened to be right in front of grandmas face!
Here is Levi blowing his kiss to Oma. She wanted each grandkid to blow her a kiss. When she asked Zack to blow her a kiss he just leaned up and gave her a kiss! She was taken back a little by his boldness and I just laughed! Sometimes he really surprises me!

That night we drove the rest of the way down to my parents since we were already half way there in Bountiful and had Owen's birthday party the next day. That night we put our boys to bed and walked outside on my parents patio to call and see where they were. Well on our way back in there was a mosquito tempting to fly inside so I shut the door really quick. Well, come to find out my parents have one of those locks that you can always open the door, but it can still be locked on the outside. So, we locked ourselves out with the boys inside not sleeping. Luckily Makayla was with us! My parents still being in Bountiful, the best option was the Bostons. They came to our rescue and let us in. Our boys were still in their bed but awake. I will now check that door EVERYTIME!
The next day we went and hit a bucket of balls since mom got new clubs and Levi needs to practice with his!
After Owen's birthday party we went to dinner and bowling to continue the celebration! Zack still does a victory dance after every bowl. My favorite bowler was James. He would hold the ball on his lap and when it was his turn he would take off running from his seat and slide on the ground as he rolled his ball. EVERYTIME. It was too funny.
Love these kiddos! After Owen's birthday party when we went to pick up Levi, I peeked outside to check on Levi outside to find this:
Levi standing with a rocket in hand.
James saying, "OWEN! Jackson won't share the rocket with Levi."
Owen walks up with hands on his hips, "Jackson, you need to share with Levi."
I just love the relationship that these cousins have with every one of their cousins. They are all best friends and I really feel like those boys look after Levi. They are like really close big brothers to him. That was apparent when they both jumped to his side and he was just standing there waiting for his turn with the rocket shooter. I could not help but smile and feel grateful for family and the chance we were given to move closer and have our kids grow up knowing them that much better.
