We Are Moving

Well, we were excited and a little nervous to accept a job Dan applied for in Utah at an IHC hospital in Ogden. He is on his last rotation at Boeing, and we decided to apply within and without the company and just see what came out of it. When Dan got further and further into the IHC position, we got more and more excited. It is a field he is really interested in and a good job. So he starts Aug 29th as a Financial Analyst for McKay Dee hospital. It still makes me nervous because of all the things we have to do before we load a truck a week from Friday!!!!! Dan will come back and clean our place and finish out work after our family reunion week in 2 weeks. We figured it would be best to move our stuff that week since our family is already off for vacation to help and we were headed up there already! That would give Dan and empty house to do some work on it too. But, I also am seeing all the chips fall into place. We have amazing family and have had amazing experiences with our little family here in Arizona. I am so excited to be closer to family, but it has been hard to sell our first car Dan and I bought together, and start to empty out and rent the first house we bought together. We have lived in our townhouse since Levi was 15 months old. A lot of great and fun things have happened here and we will be a little sad to leave it. We have some choice friends down here that will truly be missed as well. Here is to a new chapter of our lives in Ogden, Ut (Well, Bountiful and then probably Layton!) by FAMILY, and to continue with this leap of faith that everything will continue to fall into place!

Congrats on the job and good luck with the move. Oh the joys of renting! :) it was way hard to close the door to our town home knowing we would never live in it again. It's amazing the memories that can be held in a home as you are starting a life/family. Good luck. I hope you get fabulous renters.

I took you being 30 minutes away for granted :( makes me want to bawl sometimes. I'm sorry we didn't get to celebrate yours OR levi's birthday. Know that we really were thinking of you. I hope the job oes well up there :) and maybe we'll get to stop by on our way through to see family sometime ;) I'll miss our talks, walks, outings and most of all, your beautiful face.
Love you Julie.
