Levi Smiles

Levi has started to smile more and more the last couple of weeks. Every time I get out the camera however he won't do it. He stares at it all fascinated. But, with dads help I was able to catch a couple of good ones!

Birthday Fun!

For Dad's birthday we went to the church and played dodgeball, kickball, and a little basketball. The kids loved the space and we had tons of fun!

Hoggle Zoo!

It was Levi's first time to the zoo! We were celebrating my dad"s birthday and for some of the day we went to the zoo. Levi was so good and stayed awake for about half the time! Dan walked around with him telling him what all of the animals were.

It was a short trip but we experienced Levi's first road trip! Kellie had her open house down there so we spent some of the weekend down there.

First Days at Home!

I just thought I would put some pictures up of Levi from his first week home because he is already growing so fast!

Levi Daniel Burkholder

Levi finally came to us on July 15th after 16 hours of labor start to finish. He was 8 lb. 9 oz. and 20 1/2 inches long. He spent 3 days in the Newborn Intensive Care unit due to a suspected infection. They ran IV antibiotics for those few days and we were lucky enough to bring him home on the 18th, the day before my twin sisters wedding! He is doing great and we are loving having him home with us!

I decided to take one last profile picture for July since baby boy is taking his time to come! I also added a picture from yesterday when Kellie and Mckay made me jump on the trampoline to try and help! They REALLY want him to come soon so there is time to recover for the wedding a week from Saturday!

The Burkholder Family Reunion

We were lucky enough to make it to the family reunion this year, where the whole family was able to be together for the first time in about nine years! It was a lot of fun and since I got a new camera, there are a lot of fun pictures from it! We spent about three days in Huntsville, Utah over July 4th weekend. We went to a parade, watched fireworks, went swimming, swung on a huge swing, played an Amazing Race game, and spent some good family time together.
