We will be making it a whole hand! Baby number 5 is on the way!

Coming around March 4th, we are excited to add another little person to our family! The kids are beyond excited, especially miss Makayla. She was too little with Nate, but now she is so excited to hold the baby! We have torn votes in the house, Makayla and Levi are on team girl, and Zack and Nate are on team boy. We will find out here in a little less than two weeks. I am finally getting out of the nausea stage that has hit a little harder this go around. Thanks heavens! We are so blessed and so excited at the thought of how much each of these little people add to our family and we can't imagine our family without them. We already love this little one so much! Here is our little gummy bear at 9 weeks and we call it our marshmallow  baby at my 13 week ultrasound. Sitting at 15 weeks now and we will find out the flavor just before 17 weeks. We are getting excited around here and time is sure flying with this one!!!!

September so far

She has hazel eyes like daddy, but sometimes they look so brown!
We have gone on several walks around our duck pond with the cooler weather.
Grandma came up for a day. She got to come to our dental appt and lunch with the boys and a soccer game later. It was fun to have her here!
This girl was SOOOO excited to start tumbling and had been counting down FOREVER!
I introduced them to Spider swinging and they laughed and laughed. It was way cute!

We headed down for a sleepover at Grandma's Sunday night of Labor Day weekend. Dan went golfing in the morning and we took all the kids to pizza and a games at a park for  a few hours. We visited with Grammy who came to stay at my parent's house since she had a fall this last week. She ended up with some bumps and bruises and some stitches by her eye. Luckily, that was the worst of it! It was good to see her.

Dan officially started 17th grade. We were all pretty nervous for this to start. He felt a little better after his first week, and I will say so did I. Well, at least a little bit. He found out his expectations and we were able to survive some crazy evenings without an extra hand. It is not easy sometimes with kids getting home at 4 and getting homework, dinner, scouts, soccer, and piano done. We are running with our heads cut off and sometimes I need 2 of me. But, this semester I think has panned out as best as it could have with schedules so I think we will make it! At least this semester!
This girl started tumbling this last week. She looked SUPER cute and she was SO excited! She is doing it with her friend Lucy. They are the tiniest, but they had so much fun. It is fun for here to have something for her. And it is during the day as to not complicate our evenings more right now.
Makayla decided to try and open the door with her thumb when it was pretty much almost closed (automatic doors, which she close herself). She ended up getting it shut all the way in the door as I sprinted down the garage stairs to free her! She was fine but ouch!
Levi sporting dads MBA apparel. We will be celebrating hard when he is done!!!!!

SOCCER

We jumped head first into the Fall season. Zack has been a trooper playing in a U8 bracket, when he should be in U7. They had too many U7 kids and not enough U8 so they bumped some up. He looks so tiny out there against most of them, but he sure holds his own. He still is one of their leading scorers and definitely has more hustle and determination. He will grow stronger this year for sure!!!!

We had a fill up your own cup slurpee run after a game. Zack's cup was too funny!

My hands for some reason are super full at Levi's games with the two littles since they have longer to wait. And, I may get a little into the games, so I fail to take pictures. But, he is learning a ton this year. We are not huge fans of his coach's mannerism in some cases, but I will say he is learning to play positions and with a team. He is by far the biggest hustler on the team and super quick. It will be fun to see him progress and learn more about how to play the game!

Levi's team played in the Mayor's Cup over Labor Day weekend. They tied their first game and did pretty well against the next two teams considering they were the teams that made it to the final game.

We let the littles get their hair spray painted. It was a pain to get out before swimming at the Stevenson's afterwards. The kids (and mom) were EXHAUSTED after that day, but they had fun!

Randoms from August

We met the Johnson's the week before school started at the Tracy Aviary and the nearby splash pad. It was a fun place!

We started collecting Halloween costumes and this costume for Nate may have been the reason we went with Star Wars this year.

Makayla looked super stylish getting her teeth cleaned.
Levi walked out after taking a bath and said, "Look I'm Bumpa. Listen to me!" He combed his hair like Bumpa. ha!
Zack tried but his thick luscious locks don't comb that way!
After watching a lot of olympics we swam a lot too!
They pretended to be Micael Phelps and Katie Ledecky:)
Makayla had a traumatizing moment one Sunday with a battle against the curling iron. I have to say, she lost. We were all done and I put the curling iron on the other side of the counter and got her down off the stool and we were walking out. Well she doubled back and decided to put makeup on while I went to grab our bags. Literally as we were walking out the door she reached across the counter and burnt her arm good! She was in quite a bit of pain part way through sacrament meeting so I found a sub and we headed home since daddy had meetings.

We spent a good 3 days on and off canning pears. Levi is dying to open one, but I told him he had to wait at least a little while after all that work!!!!

Catchup Time!!!!

Since I have quite a bit to catchup on, there will be little to no organization in these posts!!!!! Here come the random pics from my phone to cap up July ish.

We painted Makayla's desk. It looks much better! I may have gotten into a painting kick there for awhile!
 Watching kiddos swim
I was trying on a new dress and Makayla wanted one on so she could twirl with me. My little girl!
Lots and lots of swimming. Nate was super happy we found our baby boat. He would just float along with them all in the pool!
We have family game nights on the Wii U quite often, but our haunted TV got sound back after nearly a year of it not working!!!! Knock on wood, but it is still working!!!!
We were bribing daddy with cookies to get him home from church meetings. I think it worked, but more because of the kid eating the cookie than the cookie.
 Levi's baptism photo collage.
More spray paint fun! Found some old stuff we had downstairs and had some fun with the leftover chair paint!
Our chairs were getting pretty scratched up after nearly 10 years of use from us! So we gave them a makeover. Someday we will get around to the table!

 My toe head!
We went to the Rush with the Hirschi's the week before school and let the kids run wild for a few hours.

We spend many nights in our backyard, mowing, playing soccer, and just getting some wiggles out before bed. It is great weather lately in the evening!

We bought these interesting camp chairs that the kids love. Still have not brought them to a soccer game but it made more sense to carry this than 3-4 kid chairs!

Some phone pictures from Levi's baptism. It was a special day!

The Hegerhorst family stayed after and we had some swimming and pizza. It was fun to spend some time with them!!!
