Bubble Mania

The last few days in our house, we have done non stop bubbles. Real bubbles in case you were thinking something else. I finally broke down and got a bubble machine so I would not have to blow ANYMORE bubbles! They LOVE it!

"You are almost there!"

Levi joins me in the morning when I do work out videos sometimes. This morning he was so intense about it I was laughing so hard! Towards the end he says, "You are almost there!" He is such a good motivator and makes exercising a little more entertaining:)
He will love me for posting this when he is older. While watching this video Levi said, "I am in my underpants! Silly pants!"

Oh I love this kid so much! He makes the day so much better:)
This is my little helper last night helping with dinner/dishes. Only a helper gets to wear an apron:)

summer is around the corner

This weekend we enjoyed some of the last "spring" like days this year. We have about a month left to enjoy it, so we are going to take advantage of it while we can. We have seen a few people out swimming the last few weeks, and Levi was SO anxious to go. So, I volunteered Dan to jump in with him. He was not super happy about it, as it was still pretty cold. But, who can say no to a REALLY excited two year old. Levi was literally screaming in excitement half the way to the pool!
First swim under the water for the year:
Reaction to how cold it was:
Zack was bouncing in the stroller wanting to get in on the action. I think after he felt how cold it was he was fine only sticking his feet in:)
Zack has fallen in love with his bike lately. Too bad I still have to push it everywhere.
On your mark...get set...GO! That is about how fast he is these days!

That is my soccer player! I would have to say he has got pretty good form for a two year old! He dribbled it across the field up and back twice. That is quite a ways for such a little squirt. I am so excited to sign him up in the fall for soccer!
I guess you never get too old for these!
Zack finding things to walk through. The guy loves his tunnels.

Happy St. Patty's Day

We went to Fountain Hills today to celebrate St. Patty's day. We had a picnic, played at the two parks they have there, and at noon the fountain was dyed green. It was pretty sweet!

My Scrapbooks

I will admit I am not and have never been a scrapbook lover. So, here is my solution: I have planned on using my blog as my scrapbook and found a way to print them in books. One is 143 pages and the other is 90 pages. The great thing is that it is reasonably priced! So I have one more book to print that will cover 2006-2008 and then Dan and I's marriage is scrapbooked. So much for the overwhelming feeling of being over 4 years behind! I can handle this every year:)

the burky's are back in town!

As always, we had too much fun visiting family in Utah. We are so lucky to have such amazing families and for the efforts they make to get together frequently. We love to make excuses to go visit, and this time was the birth of a niece, and a nephew. Grace had little Vivienne, and Jeni had Miles. Levi runs himself to the ground playing with his cousins and loves every second of it. Here are some of many pictures we took this week!

Lots and lots of pictures as always!!

How can he sleep like that? He is literally folded in half. This is not the first time either!
Levi is in LOVE with snow! He would not come in even if his fingers fell off.
Zack however, did not.

snow angel
snowman. I think he got just about all of the snow activities covered!
For Zackary's and Emmery's combined birthday party we got the sweetest blow up ball from Costco. Now we just need a grass hill for it to work better;) The kids loved playing in it! If we had a bigger house I would just leave it blown up always!

bubbles!
Happy late birthday party buddy!
presents!
The one year olds and their circle cakes!
so happy
so hungry!
Needed a rinse down.

Kellie and I made some beanies for our craft together this trip. I found a pattern for owl hats. So cute! I also made a newborn one, a pompom hat, and a diaper cover for future photo shoots;)

I also made this one. I don't have a girl so I used my almost daughter:) I LOVE the curly ties!
My little owls.

The aquarium. The penguins were the favorites.

I walked out to check on Levi and this is what I found. Levi loves his Bumpa!

The bean museum on BYU campus. I thought Levi would be terrified of the stuffed animals, but he did alright.
We have made it a tradition to buy and wear matching outfits the few times we see each other every year. I love being a twin:)
The pirate restaurant we went to. Zack enjoyed the pizza if you can't tell!
The boys rode bikes pretty much daily, when the snow melted of course!
